Cure odontoiatriche: accordo sulle tariffe agevolate. Ma sono proprio così agevolate? Lo avevamo anticipato già nei giorni scorsi: un accordo di collaborazione tra ministero del Lavoro, della Salute e delle Politiche sociali, l’Associazione nazionale dentisti italiani (Andi) e l’Associazione odontoiatri cattolici italiani (Oci). Un accordo concepito per fornire cure odontoiatriche a prezzi agevolati ad alcune categorie sensibili: soggetti meno abbienti e donne in gravidanza.
Tariffe agevolate sì, ma non molto convenienti. A segnalarlo è oggi Altroconsumo, che, diventato operativo l’accordo, ha fatto i conti in tasca ai Nostri. Non solo non si tratta di tariffe convenienti in modo sensibile. Dall’analisi dell’associazione viene fuori che l’agevolazione è, in realtà, fruibile da pochi.
L’idea era piaciuta. Un accordo tra le parti che coinvolge le categorie più “deboli”: donne in stato interessante, ma anche tutte quelle persone che hanno un reddito Isee che non raggiunga gli 8.000 euro, o coloro che hanno reddito Isee inferiore a 10.000 euro ed esenti per età o per patologie croniche o invalidanti o handicap gravi.
Altroconsumo offre uno schema delle prestazioni offerte, accompagnato dalle tariffe di cui potete usufruire se fate parte della casistica di cui sopra. La visita odontoiatrica, con tanto di ablazione del tartaro e di “insegnamento” dell’igiene orale viene 80 euro. Peccato che, chiosa Altroconsumo, per una simile operazione sono già in molti a pagare esattamente la stessa cifra. 25 euro per la sigillatura dei solchi dei molari e premolari. Un’estrazione costa 60 euro, mentre per faccende più serie, come le protesi, naturalmente i prezzi salgono: 550 euro per arcata con protesi parziale in resina con ganci a filo. 800 euro per arcata per una protesi totale in resina.
L’accordo non è vincolante per le parti. Allo stato attuale hanno aderito più di 1000 dentisti. Ma, come anticipato anche dal nostro precedente post, anche all’associazione Altroconsumo viene il dubbio della mossa fatta per una pura questione di immagine. Coinvolgerebbe una percentuale troppo limitata della popolazione italiana, e un numero esiguo di prestazioni convenzionate.
