Ad esempio, dal 1997 al 30 giugno 2003: 2,5% semestrale; dal 1° luglio 2003 ad oggi: 1,375% semestrale. Questi vengono calcolati escludendo il primo semestre successivo alla data di scadenza del termine di presentazione della dichiarazione e il semestre in cui viene emesso l’ordinativo di pagamento da parte dell’Amministrazione finanziaria. Per i rimborsi ultradecennali, quindi, il Fisco pagherà anche gli interessi sugli interessi semestrali maturati. Scommetto che la pasqua è diventata un pò più dolce, no?
