Da oggi la Lombardia passa dalla televisione analogica a quella digitale. Per venire incontro alle esigenze dei cittadini e fornire loro strumenti utili e informazioni sullo switch off, Adiconsum, Altroconsumo e Movimento consumatori, hanno promosso una campagna informativa rivolta agli studenti e agli adulti. La campagna informativa, che mette a disposizione anche un numero verde, intende rendere il cittadino soggetto attivo nel passaggio al nuovo scenario tecnologico televisivo.La campagna rientra nel progetto Sintonizziamoci – La tv digitale senza (troppi) problemi mette a disposizione il numero verde gratuito 800.088.265 (in funzione dalle ore 9 alle 13 e dalle 14 alle 17, dal lunedì al venerdì dal 25 ottobre al 26 novembre) e una brochure gratuita (su carta ed in formato elettronico) che i cittadini potranno ritirare presso le sedi delle associazioni e sui siti internet.
